Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

ATC Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or truly Board-Eligible physicians to provide 24-hour call coverage with ongoing opportunities expected as additional schedules are released. The position is hospital-based call coverage focused on general OB/GYN services, supporting a community hospital with approximately 15 deliveries per month and a dedicated nursing staff.

• Coverage Needed:
  • Ongoing dates for 2026 as schedules are released
• Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 AM the following day)
• Coverage Volume: Approximately locum shifts available per month
• FTE: 1.0
• Setting: Hospital-based call coverage
• Trauma Designation: None / Not Rated

• Provide general OB/GYN call coverage for hospital patients.
• Manage labor and delivery, obstetric emergencies, gynecologic consultations, and routine inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Work within a 50-bed community hospital utilizing Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and available specialty support.
• Care for adult, geriatric, and adolescent patient populations.
• Handle patient volumes based on delivery and hospital census needs.
• Support approximately 15 deliveries per month.
• Utilize available backup services:
  • General Surgery available 24/7
  • Limited Urology coverage available two days per week
• Complete all required Epic EMR training modules and virtual training before the first scheduled shift.

• Board Certified OB/GYN or Truly Board Eligible (within 0 5 years of residency completion) (Required)
• Active Colorado Medical License or Active IMLC Letter of Qualification at time of submission (Required)
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation (Required)
• Active BLS certification (Highly Preferred; required during credentialing)
• Active DEA registration (Highly Preferred; required for credentialing)
• Ability to complete all Epic EMR training requirements prior to start date (Required)
  
• Must be available for the listed July coverage dates to be considered for ongoing opportunities (Required)
• Must specify the number of ongoing shifts available per month (Required)
• Clean malpractice and background history strongly preferred
