Location: Waco, TX Area
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: 5:30 PM

Job Summary:

Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Checker for a busy warehouse environment in the Waco area. This position is responsible for verifying incoming shipments, inspecting materials, and ensuring accuracy of received goods . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and with computer systems.

Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
Verify materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices
Accurately count, measure, and document received items
Record and enter receiving data into computer systems
Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages
Communicate with warehouse, purchasing, and shipping teams
Assist with unloading and staging materials as needed
Maintain organized and clean receiving areas

Requirements:

Forklift Experience Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills (data entry, email, Microsoft Office)
Ability to read and understand shipping/receiving documents
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods

Work Environment & PPE Requirements:

Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
Physically active role (lifting, standing, moving materials)
Steel-toed work boots required
