Accounts Payable Specialist I

Job Summary We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist I for our Copperfield location in NW Houston. Responsibilities Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure proper approvals are obtained and identify discrepancies. Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents. Investigate and resolve variances prior to payment processing. Enter invoice data, prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers while ensuring records are complete, accurate, and timely. Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred with a minimum of one year of accounting or related experience required.
