Civil Litigation Attorney

Litigation AssociateMy client is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join their Scottsdale office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and deposition experience.Responsibilities:Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including but not limited to insurance, personal injury, general liability, professional liability, and construction defect.Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.Provide counsel to clients on legal matters and guide them through the litigation process.Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.Qualifications:JD from an accredited law school.1-3+ years of civil litigation experience.Licensed to practice and in good standing in AZ or ability to be admitted within 1 year of employment.Benefits: Offers health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and mentorship.
