$70K Sign-On Bonus for Primary Care Physicians Optum California is seeking full-time Primary Care Physicians to join our outpatient clinic, where physicians practice in a supportive, clinician-led environment focused on value-based care, collaboration, and patient-centered outcomes. This role allows you to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while practicing value-based, patient-centered care supported by an integrated care model. Required Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.) The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
