- Prepare and maintain employee documentation related to onboarding, transfers, promotions, job changes, status changes, and other employment actions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to centralized HR.
- Prepare payroll authorization documentation for annual performance increases, merit increases, promotions, transfers, and other approved compensation changes in coordination with centralized HR and payroll.
- Deliver training programs based on site needs, including skills-based training, compliance-related training, and development opportunities; audit employee training records in company systems for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of training materials, communication of training schedules, attendance tracking, and coordination of in-house training sessions at both locations.
- Administer employee appreciation, recognition, and rewards programs; plan, coordinate, and execute quarterly employee events and other engagement activities that support morale and retention.
- Monitor and manage expenses for local HR programs, employee events, training activities, and other site-level initiatives in accordance with approved budgets and company guidelines.
- Manage company credit card expenses effectively and responsibly, ensuring all charges are accurate, properly documented, submitted timely, and in accordance with the company Travel and Expense Policy.
- Assist with the maintenance, organization, communication, and distribution of HR documents, including the Employee Handbook, HR forms, policies and procedures, job descriptions, employee notices, and related materials.
- Support broader HR initiatives, special projects, employee communications, audits, employee meetings, company-wide meetings, and continuous improvement efforts as assigned.
