PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care

Job Type: PRN / As Needed

Position: Registered Nurse(RN)

Pay Rate: 65,000 to 70,000 Annually
Location: Portal, GA

Caremaster Medical Services is looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team on a PRN basis . This flexible nursing position is ideal for Georgia RNs looking for home care nursing opportunities and the ability to work with a variety of clients at different times.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial client admissions and nursing assessments in the home.

• Conduct supervisory visits and monitor the quality of client care.

• Assess client needs and identify changes in condition.

• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and the care team.

• Complete accurate nursing documentation and required visit reports.

• Ensure care is provided safely and according to the established plan of care.

• Provide professional, compassionate, client-centered nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia .

• Previous experience in home care, home health, private duty, or community nursing preferred.

• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.

• Ability to work flexible PRN hours and with a variety of clients.

Requirements

• 2 forms of Gov ID

• Up-to-date CPR or BLS

• Up-to-date Auto Insurance

• Up-to-date PPD/TB test Results

• Active RN License

• 1+ years of RN Experience
