- Set up and operate manual lathes, milling machines, drills, and grinders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Adjust machine settings to meet required dimensions and tolerances.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- 3-5 years of hands-on machine shop experience or training.
- Experience operating manual lathes and other machining equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
