Terminal Manager

Position Summary As part of an award‑winning team in the logistics industry, you will provide leadership and management oversight for assigned areas of responsibility. Ensure site compliance with Safety, SOP, and customer requirements. Road & Rail Services Terminal Manager Location: Wentzville, MO Schedule: Depending on business needs What's Required 3 or more years of supervisory experience Mechanic/Diesel mechanic experience a plus Microsoft Office knowledge is a must Ability to work in fast‑paced environment Able to meet attendance requirements A teamwork, can‑do attitude and willing to learn Valid state driver's license High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Safety first mentality Areas Of Responsibility Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures Embody the ethical practices and core principles of the company Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance within the scope of duties, including but not limited to hire, fire, promotions or other changes in employee status Ensure compliance with all applicable company, customer, OSHA, EPA, FRA and DOT regulations by performing key audits and/or relevant inspections.
