Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring at least 2 years of ER experience and an active OK or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a hospital Emergency Department setting
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Weekend requirement of 6 nights within a 6-week period
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact)
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and NIHSS
• TNCC certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
• Recent travel nursing experience preferred
• Skills checklist current within 1 year pertinent to the specialty required for consideration
• 2 supervisory reference forms taken within the last two years required for consideration

Additional Information

• Serve as a first responder to identify medical issues, determine severity, and provide immediate life-sustaining care
• Local candidates will be considered at a reduced rate
• No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested during the contract
