Production Supervisor - Bilingual Spanish
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $45k to $55k DOE
Location: Mesquite, TX.
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Exceptional team leadership and communication abilities to motivate diverse groups
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving aptitude
• Experience implementing process improvement initiatives, including Lean and 5S methodologies
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines professionally

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting machinery issues
• Familiarity with safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production operations or processes, with supervisory or lead responsibilities
• Background in process improvement techniques such as LEAN and 5S

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Flexibility to support various work areas as needed during staff absences
