Suite Manager, Fifth Avenue Club

Position Overview As a Manager, Fifth Avenue Club In Residence, you’ll operate and lead an In Residence location under the direction of the VP/GM, Fifth Avenue Club In Residence. Your role is to drive your own business and manage a small team of location‑based stylists. Who You Are Have a deep understanding of luxury goods and sell across all categories. Collaborate with peers across multiple business verticals. Qualifications Preferred minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, clienteling, and team leadership. Technical abilities: use of various programs and applications. Strong understanding of the Saks Fifth Avenue brand and luxury sales. Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Professional and respectful interaction with all people. Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day cost‑effective operations based on sales and EBITDA targets. Execute operational tasks such as shipping and receiving, merchandise control, visual merchandising of the suite, payroll reconciliation, IT functions, and cash reconciliation. Create private personal shopping experiences for discerning clients, including styling sessions, trunk shows, curated events, and outreach activities. Drive client acquisition creatively via partnerships with the local community, client referrals, and social sales techniques. Manage a select team of stylists, ensuring adherence to In Residence SOPs. Oversee arrival and return of luxury goods, working with regional store teams and Saks’ distribution center. Collaborate with hotel management to offer VIP hotel guests private personal shopping experiences and ensure compliance with hotel operating procedures. Participate in meetings with Saks Fifth Avenue’s corporate team as requested. Maintain a professional and polished demeanor, demonstrating confidence and positivity. Salary & Compensation The starting salary for this position is between $71,062.27 and $85,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses.
