- Take ownership of cases from intake to resolution, including trial
- Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Communicate regularly with clients and guide them with empathy
- Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate with a skilled team of paralegals and support staff
- Maintain case momentum and meet billable goals (1,550 hrs/year)
- Participate in firm trainings, team meetings, and community engagement
- Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
- Minimum 2 years of family law or civil litigation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for advocacy
- Tech-savvy and confident using case management software
- Comfortable collaborating, mentoring, and delegating within a team
