Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Sales/Retail Operations Specialist Location: Remote About the Role Our client is looking for a highly organized and analytical team player who can act as the key liaison between our Sales and Operations departments. This person will ensure our forecasts, inventory levels, and purchase orders align with demand, keeping our retail and distribution channels running seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who has CPG (consumer packaged goods) experience , thrives in a fast-growing environment, and is eager to help build structure and processes. What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact for the Logistics and Transportation team. Process, track, and forecast purchase orders to align production and inventory with sales demand. Use sales data and trend analysis to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts. Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment between production and retail needs. Maintain and monitor order flow to ensure on-time delivery to distributors and retail partners. Support the launch of new retail initiatives by coordinating timelines, shipments, and inventory readiness. Identify process gaps and help implement scalable systems for a rapidly growing brand. Build and maintain relationships with beverage distributors and retail partners. Who You Are 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, sales operations, or supply chain coordination. Prior experience in a beverage brand, ideally within a fast-growing or emerging company (not a rigid corporate structure). Strong understanding of forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management. Excellent communication skills, able to act as the bridge between multiple departments. Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (bonus if experienced with ERP or inventory tools). Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a remote, dynamic environment. Experience with EDI - helping with set, implementation, and order processing and invoicing.
