Treasury Analyst II

About the Role Blue Cross of Idaho’s Treasury team is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations, analyze financial data, and assist with banking and investment activities. This role offers hands‑on experience in cash forecasting, liquidity management, capital planning, and other core treasury responsibilities. The Analyst works closely with finance leaders and cross‑functional partners and reports to the Manager, Treasury/Accounting. The position is located in Meridian, Idaho with a hybrid work schedule. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in accounting or finance, or equivalent education. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and treasury financial software. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze cash flow, liquidity, and banking activities across multiple organizations. Assist with cash forecasting and daily cash management. Support modeling for capital planning projects. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. Coordinate with internal teams and external banking partners. Compensation Good faith estimate of current pay range: $66,353 to $92,894. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
