Position Details

Position summary

• Experience: Acute care facility experience — Preferred
• Education: BSN (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing) — Preferred
• RN License: Active RN licensure in the state of practice — Required
• BLS/CPR: Required
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required

Main Responsibilities

• Patient assessment and data collection
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Evaluate patient progress and outcomes
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide education to patients and families
• Participate in discharge planning
• Supervise and delegate duties to nursing/healthcare staff
• Maintain a safe and caring patient environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned
