What You'll Do:

Depending on experience and location, responsibilities may include:

• Process and review automotive deals for accuracy and completeness • Verify deal documentation, funding, and required paperwork • Process Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable • Post vehicle sales and reconcile deal-related schedules • Process invoices, payments, and accounting transactions • Reconcile warranty claims, rebates, inventory, and other accounts • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies • Work closely with dealership management, sales, finance, and accounting teams • Provide additional Business Office support as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Automotive dealership accounting or deal-processing experience preferred • Deal Clerk, Accounting Clerk, AP/AR, or similar experience a plus • Strong computer and data-entry skills • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • High School Diploma or GED required
