Hospitalist Physician Needed in Ohio; Days-Only Flexible Schedule

$265k - $275k/yr Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your experience, qualifications, and the complexity of the role. Shift length, call, and overtime may positively impact compensation. Please reach out to your consultant for more information.

Youngstown, Ohio

Flexible block schedule averaging 15 shifts per month; no straight 7/7 required

Round-and-go model; most shifts completed in 6 – 8 hours

Days only, 7 am – 7 pm; no nights, no procedures, no codes, no RRTs

Employed by a private hospitalist group, not the hospital

20-patient census with bonus incentives for each patient seen above 20

No ICU requirements; full ancillary and specialist support with consults available

NP coverage for nights; holidays shared among the hospitalist team

Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians encouraged to apply
