Reinke builds irrigation systems used by growers across the country. To keep production moving, we rely on a steady flow of raw materials, component parts, and specialized equipment. When supply chains tighten or vendors fall behind, production slows — and growers feel it.

Our manufacturing operation depends on someone who can see issues before they become problems. Delays, shortages, and price swings all impact our ability to deliver. We need a Buyer who can manage vendors, negotiate effectively, and keep materials flowing.

What You’ll Do

• Purchase a wide variety of raw materials, parts, equipment, and services.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Evaluate suppliers for quality, reliability, and cost.
• Track inventory levels and anticipate material needs.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Support continuous improvement in purchasing processes and supply chain efficiency.

What You Need

• Knowledge of purchasing practices, materials, component parts, supply chains, and vendor negotiation.
• Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐moving environment.
• Equivalent of 2–4 years of college education preferred.
• Willing to train the right person with the aptitude and drive to learn.
