What You’ll Do

As our Estimator, you’ll play a key role in winning the work that fuels our growth. You will:

• Manage the entire bid process from start to finish
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• Build scope sheets, perform subcontractor leveling , and identify gaps or risks
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure complete, competitive proposals
• Assemble the full bid package for ownership review
• Present clear breakdowns, alternates, clarifications, and scope comparisons
• Maintain organized bid documents and project data
• Support preconstruction planning and turnover once projects are awarded

We’re looking for an estimator who is:

• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Skilled in reading plans, specs, and addendums
• Comfortable managing multiple bids and deadlines
• Confident in communication with subcontractors and internal teams
• Experienced with sub-leveling and full bid assembly
• Motivated, proactive, and accountable
• Passionate about construction and doing things the right way

Experience in commercial or healthcare construction is a plus.
