Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Denver, CO

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and/or school settings
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), assessments, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure for Colorado

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and speech-language assessments for students, recommending appropriate interventions
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Manage and document progress toward IEP goals
• Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote generalization of communication skills
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team discussions, and deliver effective parent/teacher education and support
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school district and state guidelines
