Full-Time | On-Site Location: Asheville Ford Lincoln

We're looking for a Client Experience Specialist who can be the friendly, trusted connection between our guests and our service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills from hospitality, retail, call centers, healthcare, or any industry where exceptional service is the priority.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for guestsgreeting them warmly, listening actively, and understanding their needs
• Translate customer concerns into clear next steps for our internal service team
• Communicate updates, timelines, and recommendations in a way that builds trust and confidence
• Coordinate appointments, manage expectations, and ensure that each guest's visit runs smoothly
• Review service recommendations, answer questions, and guide guests toward informed decisions
• Deliver a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support team workflow
• Collaborate daily with technicians, managers, and team members to exceed customer expectations

Schedule

Full-time with availability during business hours. Some Saturday availability may be required.
