Job Title: Registered Nurse.
Location: 7487 South State Road 121 Macclenny, FL 32063
Contarct: 12 months
Shift Time: 3 days a week, 12 hr shifts
7am - 7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am (30 mIn unpaid lunch)
Pay rate: $62.00/hr on w2 with no benefits
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assess resident complaints and determine action, notifying supervisor when necessary.
2. Admit and transfer residents to and from other units or outside sources
3. Administer oral and/or injectable medication and controlled medications in accordance with facility policy, and within their scope of practice as defined by Florida law.
4. Observe for side effects or adverse effects to medication and report to provider for further assessment and treatment.
5. Prepare paperwork as required for consults within facility and outside appointments.
6. Coordinates residents’ appointments with unit staff to ensure medications are appropriately timed as need for resident movement to and from the unit.
7. Provide emergency medical/psychiatric treatment within scope of practice as defined by facility and Florida law and notifying supervisor for further assistance.
8. Complete incident reports factually and objectively, within the appropriate time frame as defined by the facility.

- candidate able to attend 2 full weeks of new employee orientation (Monday - Friday) 8am - 4:30pm?
License/Certification:
- State Florida RN license (Required)
- Must be CPR certified (Required)
