Your role as a Leasing Specialist

As a Residential Leasing and Sales Consultant at Premier Development, your daily expectations will include engaging with potential tenants to showcase property features and benefits, ensuring their needs are met with a customer-centric approach. You will conduct property tours, demonstrating your knowledge of the features while actively addressing any questions or concerns. Your role will involve preparing lease documents and processing applications. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and property availability, providing timely updates to management. Throughout your day, you'll harness your problem-solving skills to address tenant issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

To excel as a Leasing Specialist at Premier Development, strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial. You must be able to engage effectively with clients and build rapport quickly, as customer-centricity is at the heart of our operations. A keen eye for detail will help you prepare lease agreements and manage documentation accurately. Problem-solving abilities will enable you to address tenant concerns creatively and promptly, ensuring a positive leasing experience.

Time management and organizational skills are necessary to juggle multiple tasks effectively, from property tours to addressing tenant concerns. Experience with real estate software like CRM and Yardi is a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Finally, adaptability and a proactive attitude will empower you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, allowing you to respond swiftly to changing client needs and market dynamics.

SCHEDULE

Three (3) consecutive weekdays from 10am to 6pm/7pm and both Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm. 39 hours per week.
