Patient Attendant Float

Your future role at a glance Location: Nashville, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown and West Hospitals Department: Float Schedule: PRN| Day How you'll make an impact in this role Remain at bedside of assigned patient at all times unless relieved by an appropriate staff member. Assist in calming and/or reorienting patient in cases of agitation or confusion. Remove visible hazards and/or broken equipment from immediate environment and report as appropriate. Record all observations. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional requirements you'll need Must be able to work all locations listed.
