About the Role:
Holding Hands Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our team in Greenfield, WI. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support, comfort, and care in the place they love most — their own home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving, home health aide, or a related field preferred
• CNA, CBRF, HHA, or caregiver certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Drug free work environment
• Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
• Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to client dignity and respect
