Accounting Assistant InternOur client, a global entertainment company, is looking for an Accounting Assistant Intern to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Celebration. The successful candidate will have an interest in accounting or tax work, possess strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.Role Overview:Temporary Role: 2 months, ending mid AugustPay: $20.00/hr W2 (No C2C)Schedule: Standard 40 hour work week, Hybrid - 2x per week onsite Wednesdays & ThursdaysResponsibilities:Manage document handling, including record preparation and scanningProcess financial & tax documentation and maintain tracking systems for complianceSupport audit processes by performing data reviewPerform data entry into various systemsAssist with special tax projects as neededQualifications:College coursework towards an Accounting, Finance, or business related degree0.5-1+ years of office administrative experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyStrong technical skills to learn new systems quicklyExceptional organizational and communication skillsSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
