Job Title: Systems Administrator Location: Carson City, Nevada (Onsite – 5 Days per Week) We are seeking a Systems Administrator to help ensure stable, secure, and reliable IT operations across the organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining critical infrastructure, supporting end users, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support business and manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Windows server and Linux environments, virtualization platforms, and enterprise infrastructure systems. Support network and wireless infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity across facilities. Manage endpoint systems, device deployment, patching, security updates, and compliance initiatives. Provide operational support for manufacturing and production technology systems. Administer identity and access management solutions, including user provisioning and access controls. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity. Maintain infrastructure monitoring tools and proactively address system alerts. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on infrastructure projects and technology deployments. Provide onsite and remote technical support to users across multiple locations. Document system configurations, procedures, and operational processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support. Experience administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory. Hands‑on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V. Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless technologies. Experience supporting endpoint management and security platforms. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud technologies. Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions. Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and patch management tools. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications.
