LPN / LVN Progressive Care Unit

Job Title: LPN Profession: LVN / LPN Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year License: Must obtain the required license before the contract begins. Certifications: BLS Must-Have: EPIC experience required Ability to pass an online EKG competency assessment prior to starting assignment Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday Description: The position is for an LPN in a progressive care unit. The candidate will be required to float to other departments as needed. The assignment includes working with patients who have high-risk respiratory issues, including COVID-19 patients. Travelers will be the first to float and must support the nursing care team. Candidate must complete lab work and EKG/dysrhythmia exam within 72 hours of signing the contract. No references are required. Candidates should include their scheduling requests and availability on the application. No more than 14 days of requested time off is allowed during the contract. The facility will not accept any past license actions. Module hours required for orientation will be self-reported.
