Summary

The Business Change Manager ensures that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget by focusing on the people side of change. This role involves preparing, supporting, and equipping employees to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, technology, roles, and organizational structures. Additionally, this role assists operational staff by providing process-related troubleshooting support. This position may require travel to various DSV branches in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico to perform duties (25% travel).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate organizational development and training activities.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate initiatives such as management training and performance management systems.
• Provide in-person training and online training on a variety of TMS (CW1/TANGO) topics. (Travel may be required up to 25% of working time)
• Administer employee engagement surveys and compile results to inform organizational planning.
• Coordinate large-scale process and culture change initiatives to enhance performance and engagement.
• Facilitate small group sessions and lead large-scale organizational changes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
• Clearly articulate change-related messages to diverse audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to influence others and drive toward shared goals.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of change initiatives and training programs.
• Use data and analytics to forecast outcomes and refine strategies.

Educational background / Work experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on planning and strategy.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills.
• Proficiency in analytics, statistics, and spreadsheet tools like Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence others toward a common vision.
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of forecasting models and analytics is preferred.

Language skills

• Fluency in English is required

Computer Literacy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

For this position, the expected base pay is: $82,750 - $103,000  / Annual.  Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location and other objective business considerations.
