Janitor

Overview As our Janitor , you will: Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, appliances, windows, etc. Restock supplies. Empty and clean trash containers and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Clean office, restrooms, or designated areas and ensure cleaning supplies are organized and well-stocked. Ensure facility and grounds are free of debris; includes hallways, stairways, walkways, parking lot, main entrance, and lobby. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Observe and report damage of property. NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications (Required): Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be reliable and have good time management skills. Must have high work standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision.
