Client Advisor

Summary Join the store team as a Client Advisor responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional, personalized service. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, curating elevated shopping experiences, and contributing to overall store performance through product knowledge and teamwork. Responsibilities Exceed personal sales goals and support continuous team sales growth. Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to facilitate the sales process. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain store standards. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through follow-up and after-sales support. Collect, update, and use client information to personalize future interactions. Engage proactively with clients to promote products and provide tailored assistance. Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines. Work with store leadership to implement action plans and identify opportunities to optimize sales and operations. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of sales, store operations, and inventory management.
