Marshfield Medical Center is looking for BE/BC Ophthalmologist that has completed a Retina fellowship to join an established Ophthalmology team in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The full scope department offers subspecialty care including glaucoma and neuro-ophthalmology. Busy practice with potential for unlimited growth! Excellent referral base! Compensation Package - Annual compensation of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
