Locum - Nurse Practitioner - Gastroenterology

**Coverage Dates:** Immediate start, every other week, following a 7 on 7 off schedule.

**Operational Schedule:** Seven days a week, from Sunday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

**Call Structure:** No call coverage required; first call during the shift will utilize beeper/phone call.

**Callback Hours:** Not applicable.

**Provider Requirement:** One provider needed due to resignation.

**Practice Setting:** Inpatient/Hospital-Based environment.

**Teaching Responsibility:** No leadership or teaching obligations.

**Patient Demographics:** Adult population with a focus on inpatient care.

**Patient Distribution:** 100% inpatient care with an average daily caseload of 20-25 patients.

**Trauma Level:** Designated as Level 1.

**Required Responsibilities:** Duties will include patient consultations, follow-up visits, and preparation for endoscopic procedures.

**Documentation System:** Utilization of EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

**Shift Details:** Operates on a bi-weekly rotation with a 7 on 7 off schedule, 7 AM to 5 PM, with no call duties.

**Mandatory Job Requirements:** - Board Certification (REQUIRED)

- Active Ohio Medical License (REQUIRED) - BLS Certification (REQUIRED)

- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
