Strategic VP, Real Estate Debt & Capital Markets

LivCor, a Blackstone portfolio company in Chicago, is seeking a Vice President of Debt and Capital Markets to lead the capital markets strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will manage financing for new acquisitions and develop strong relationships with institutional lenders.
This is a high-visibility role that requires deep expertise in commercial real estate debt products and the ability to mentor junior staff.
