For a lot of kids, Crown is where they fall in love with the game.The RoleYou'll coach across our programs - from our youngest Cubs (ages 2-5) up through our 16U athletes - and we'll build your schedule around the sports and age groups you're strongest with. That flexibility is the whole point: it's how we turn part-time coaching into real, consistent hours across the week.Why This Role MattersFor many families, a Crown coach is their child's very first experience with a sport. How you show up shapes whether a kid keeps playing, whether a parent trusts us, and whether a family stays with Crown for years. Great coaching changes kids' lives - and strong coaches here grow into bigger roles.We hire coaches for who they are, not for how they played.You do not need to have been a star athlete. You do not need to have played every sport on this list. What you need is energy, character, and a genuine love for helping kids grow.
