Retail Pharmacy Technician
Location: Mill Valley, CA Pay: $28$34/hour Job Type: Per Diem Schedule: Flexible / Per Diem
Specialty Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled pharmacy technician for an enticing position in Mill Valley, CA. This opportunity offers competitive hourly compensation, scheduling flexibility, and the chance to support an established community pharmacy team.
Requirements
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license required
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a retail pharmacy environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with prescription processing and preparation under pharmacist supervision
- Support insurance billing and resolve routine prescription issues
- Assist patients with pharmacy inquiries and prescription pickups
- Maintain medication inventory and assist with restocking
- Support daily pharmacy workflow and accurate recordkeeping
