City Wide Facility Solutions in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead and grow our Southeastern Wisconsin business. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the business including sales, operations, client retention, financial performance, leadership development, and organizational culture. - Oversee daily operations across sales, operations, finance, administration, and client management functions.

- Drive performance through clearly defined scorecards, goals, and measurable outcomes.
- Improve client satisfaction, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance.
- Build operational systems and processes that support sustainable long-term growth.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning responsibilities.
- Maintain strong understanding of financial statements, profitability, labor management, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure responsible stewardship of company resources and financial performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with employees, clients, independent contractors, vendors, and community partners.
- Represent the company professionally within the Milwaukee business community.

- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business management, sales leadership, or general management

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; MBA a plus
