The healthcare professional specializing in Pediatric Hematology Oncology located in Brookhaven, Georgia, is responsible for providing safe patient care in a pediatric hematology and oncology unit. The role requires working weekends, with shifts from 0700 to 1900, including every Saturday and Sunday, and additional shifts during the week, most likely on Monday or Friday. Candidates must bring their active license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Location: Brookhaven, Georgia
• Shift: Weekends, Days, 0700-1900, working every Saturday and Sunday; third shift during the week, likely Monday or Friday
• Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license at time of submission, minimum 2 years of experience, Pediatric Hematology Oncology (PEDS ONC) experience, BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), APHON CHEMO certification, Flu vaccination (no exemptions accepted), Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system knowledge, must include RTO (Requested Time Off) at time of submission, NURSYS report verification of all active RN licenses.
• Preferred Qualifications: BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant) experience.
• Additional Information: NICOTINE FREE facility; drug screening required; flu shot mandatory with no exemptions accepted as per CHOA policy.
• Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
