Get a glimpse of our culture by following us on LinkedIn.Your Day to Day:Leads the preparation and execution of new hire orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring employees at all levels are enabled for success for day 1 and beyond.Supports Employee Experience Partners with ongoing employee engagement projects and can lead multiple projects from start to finish.Assists Employee Experience Partners in talent management decisions throughout the year.Supports the delivery of training sessions by preparing materials, communicating with all stakeholders, managing attendance, being the participant point of contact, and assisting in training session delivery.
