Job Description We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist with both inpatient and outpatient expertise. The workload is approximately evenly divided between inpatient and outpatient care. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor and document patient progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Physical Therapist license. Relevant experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings.
