ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Trauma, Surgical, and Neurological Experience Required

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care for trauma, surgical, and neurological patients. This role requires a strong background in a Level One Trauma facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in intensive care settings and the ability to handle high-acuity patients across multiple specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced care for critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient progress and participate in family meetings to discuss care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting, with a focus on trauma, surgical, and neurological patients.
• Previous travel nursing experience is required.
• Competency test must be completed within 24 hours of application submission.

Schedule

This position is for a 12-hour night shift, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
