Receptionist/Cashier Opportunity

Pierre Ford of Hermiston is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, answering and directing calls, and performing administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them as needed.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, providing information and handling queries where possible.
• Manage scheduling for sales appointments and service visits using our company's software systems.
• Organize and manage customer records using BambooHR and other software as needed.
• Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (including courier packages).
• Perform basic administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
• Assist with the organization of promotional events.
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area that aligns with the professional image of the company.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and professional.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
