Job Type Part‑Time On‑site Locations Homewood Suites by Hilton, Chicago‑Lincolnshire | CSM Lodging Services 10 Westminster Way Lincolnshire, IL 60069, USA Responsibilities Responsible for cleaning guestrooms according to company standards. Ensures guest rooms are equipped with necessary amenities and supplies. Maintains cleanliness and operational readiness of carts, linens, rooms, and equipment. Accountable for guest satisfaction regarding housekeeping services. Responds to guest requests positively and promptly while delivering high‑quality service. Collaborates with other departments and acts as a team player. Follows the company guest‑service recovery program. Follows lost and found procedures. Keeps the work area clean and safe in compliance with all relevant regulations. Inspects rooms for maintenance needs and reports issues. Knows how to safely use housekeeping chemicals. Adheres to incident reporting procedures for guests and employees. Understands hotel emergency procedures. Produces required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing duties. Adheres to attendance, grooming, appearance standards, and department policies. Attends required department and hotel meetings. Education High school diploma or GED preferred. Rate $17.50 - $18.00 per hour. Experience / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred. Attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Maintains predictable and reliable attendance. Can lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds consistently during the shift. Can move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty and meet all criteria under physical demands, with or without accommodation.
