Apple Specialist – Retail Customer Service and Sales (Seasonal) Are you passionate about helping others? The Apple Store is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. As a Specialist you discover customers’ needs, guide them toward the right products, advise on setups, and help build lasting relationships. Responsibilities You will: Uncover customers’ needs and recommend solutions. Advise, sell, and set up customers’ Apple products. Assist with visual merchandising and overall store operations. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product features and initiatives. Participate in training and continuous learning. Contribute to a culture where everyone belongs and feels inspired. Preferred Qualifications Agility to learn new products and features quickly. Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment. Pay & Benefits Base pay range: $23.00–$29.40 per hour; most new hires start at $23.00. Base pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
