Job Summary:

The SAP Business Analyst partners with stakeholders to understand operational needs, gather requirements, evaluate possible recommendations, and support cost-benefit analyses to help the business select the most effective solution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partners with cross-functional teams to define business needs, develop functional requirements, and design or modify operational processes that support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Designs process and data flows for new initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across business functions and organizational units.
• Develops functional and non-functional requirements that guide technical analysis and solution development.
• Analyzes data from multiple sources and uses advanced analytics and statistics to find hidden patterns in large datasets.
• Collaborates with the development team to clarify business needs and requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver the intended value.
• Participates in global SAP projects and assumes ownership of related tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP ERP along with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, is self-motivated, and performs effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to travel as needed.
