Job Description

This nursing contract position will serve the regions primarily around King of Prussia, Conshohocken, Lafayette Hills, and portions of Northwest Philadelphia, specifically the Manayunk area. The role involves providing quality nursing care across the assigned zip codes, ensuring patient comfort and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in a similar nursing role is preferred.
