Data Entry Specialist

Data Entry Specialist responsible for inputting clinical study data into Electronic Data Capture systems and resolving data queries. Reports to the Director of Data Management and collaborates with research coordinators to support ongoing clinical trials at IQVIA.
Responsibilities
- Enter and manage study data from source documents into case report forms via EDC
- Review patient records for completeness and accuracy
- Resolve data queries promptly to ensure case report form completion
- Meet with study sponsors and monitors to review data entry progress
- Provide backup support for coordinating monitoring visits and assisting monitors
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research processes
- Familiarity with ICH GCP, FDA, OHRP, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines
- High school diploma, associate degree, or certificate program preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Compensation: $25,900.00 - $64,800.00 base
