RN Case Manager - Home Health

RN Case ManagerInterim HealthCare of Maine is hiring an RN Case Manager in Waterboro for a field-based home health role — one where you're behind the wheel, not behind a desk. You'll drive to patients' homes, build real relationships over the course of their care, and make clinical decisions alongside physicians as the primary point of contact for each case.
