Manager, TPO Service - Repair

Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Service & Repair technology solutions aligned with business priorities Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial Technology, Service Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams) to gather and translate requirements into actionable product features Prioritize backlog items and lead agile ceremonies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product enhancements Drive continuous improvement of service and repair processes through technology, analytics, and automation capabilities Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and compliant digital solutions Monitor product performance, service metrics, and user feedback to inform enhancements and optimize outcomes Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards across service and repair solutions Lead and coach team members or junior product owners, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence Communicate product updates, risks, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders Champion adoption of new tools and processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Requirements 6+ years of relevant experience in product management, technical product ownership, or service technology solutions Experience working in Agile environments with responsibility for backlog management and delivery Strong understanding of service and repair operations, field service systems, or customer service technologies Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and product features Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (required) Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in product management and technical product ownership, with a strong focus on service and repair technology solutions.
